We would say to have 3 people to do it safely. The most critical part is when you actually hang it onto the wall plate. We recommend having two people to hang it and as you bring it close to the wall plate the third person can connect the wiring.
When connecting the mounting arms to the TV if you have it laying flat face down make sure it is on a cushion of sorts to protect your screen.
